Ms. He graduated from Minnesota, USA, majoring in Psychology. She returned to China in 2010 and was engaged within the counseling section of psychological cases. In the field of psychology, she has always held the attitude of combining theories with practice. She uses sand-table analysis, cognitive behavior therapy, and family therapy.
Since 2012, she has been engaged in international education at the AP center of Chengdu Foreign Language School and the international program of Chengdu Experimental Foreign Language School West Campus. She has gained rich experiences from the international education system from assisting center principals and operating the entire international department, which led her to have a deep understanding of the actual operation of the overseas education system located in China. She is also skilled at communicating with students, understanding the traits of students in different stages, and being aware of students’ psychological changes.
