Ms Jacqueline So is Co-founding Director and Chief Executive of Malvern College Hong Kong. Ms So established a partnership with Malvern College UK in 2011, and has since co-founded Malvern College Qingdao in 2012. She served as the Executive Principal of the school, overseeing all aspects of the school\u2019s operations and managing its public relations and communication. Ms So set up another similar school, Malvern College Chengdu, in 2015. Prior to her current role, Ms So was the Vice President of Strategy and Development of Laureate Education. She assisted the Chairman and CEO to evaluate the market demand and regulatory environment to formulate the Asia Expansion Strategy, leading to partnerships with two Chinese private universities. She was also a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company both in Greater China and the US. Mr Keith Metcalfe was educated at Monmouth School and Downing College, Cambridge, where he read Geography, and comes to Malvern College from Harrow School where he served as Deputy Head Master. As Deputy Head at Harrow he oversaw the day-to-day running of the school, drawing on the various roles he has held during his career including being a Housemaster, a departmental head, a school inspector with the ISI, a coach of various sports and from his experience of running the DofE programme. Keith is happiest working as part of a team and his aim is to lead Malvern College through a spirit of community and collaboration. A passionate advocate of the opportunities afforded by schools with a strong boarding ethos, Keith sees the diverse range of facilities at Malvern as a clear advantage, but more than this, it is a school that affords the time and space in which to nurture the whole person, and to put pastoral care at the centre of all that it does. Mr Allan Walker is the Commercial Director of Malvern College UK and Director of Malvern College International Schools. Mr Walker is responsible for the general commercial development of Malvern College, and in particular for overseeing the planning and development of Malvern College\u2019s overseas campuses. He has been involved in this area of the school\u2019s development since the founding of the College\u2019s first overseas school, Malvern College Qingdao, in 2012, which was followed by the establishment of Malvern College Chengdu, in 2015. Prior to starting his career at Malvern in 2009, Mr Walker worked in various commercial positions at Harrow School (UK), and was latterly the Business Manager of Harrow School Enterprises Limited, the school\u2019s commercial trading arm. Mr Walker holds a Master of Arts degree in Music from the University of Cambridge and is an alumnus of Harrow School. Along with Ms Jacqueline So, Mr Yip established a partnership with Malvern College UK in 2011, and has since co-founded Malvern College Qingdao in 2012. As the Executive Vice-principal of the school, he oversees the school\u2019s non-academic operations. Apart from his work in the education sector, Mr Yip is the CEO of The G2000 Group, a fashion distributor and retailer in Asia and the Middle East. Previously, Mr Yip was an Associate Partner of McKinsey & Company\u2019s Greater China Office. He has significant experience working for governments and quasi-government organisations on issues including strategic planning, operations improvement, merger and acquisition, and stakeholder management. After attending Hymers\u2019 College in Yorkshire Robin Lister studied for a BA in Theology and a post-graduate teaching qualification at Hull University. He was then awarded scholarships to attend Harvard University where he read for a Master\u2019s degree after which he became the Gifford Fellow at St Andrews University where he took his Ph.D and undertook some part-time lecturing. In between degrees he worked for the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis in Cambridge Massachusetts where he remained as a consultant for some years. He arrived at Malvern College in 1989 as the Head of Religious Studies and was then appointed Housemaster of Roslin House in 1998, Deputy Head in 2007 and Senior Deputy Head in 2012. In what little spare time he has, Robin has a passion for the Highlands of Scotland where he likes to spend a few weeks each year, walking and cycling. He is a great admirer of J. S. Bach, enjoys modern art and architecture and has a particularly keen interest in international relations.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Ms. Englart has more than 25 years of teaching experience in local and international schools in a range of countries including Australia, US, UK, Portugal, Thailand and Saudi Arabia. She also has more than 18 years\u2019 experience in school administration as Head of Department and Athletic Director in three international schools. Ms. Englart has led the MYP curriculum in an IB World School for the past four years with MYP leadership roles for the past twenty years. Mr. Kwong has over 25 years\u2019 solid experiences in various building and construction projects with the government facilities, schools, institutions, residential housing and other infra-structures. He also possesses several years of hands-on experiences in reconstruction and redevelopment of school projects. Ms. Englart has more than 25 years of teaching experience in local and international schools in a range of countries including Australia, US, UK, Portugal, Thailand and Saudi Arabia. She also has more than 18 years\u2019 experience in school administration as Head of Department and Athletic Director in three international schools. Ms. Englart has led the MYP curriculum in an IB World School for the past four years with MYP leadership roles for the past twenty years. He attained his professional degree in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Kwong has over 25 years\u2019 solid experiences in various building and construction projects with the government facilities, schools, institutions, residential housing and other infra-structures. He also possesses several years of hands-on experiences in reconstruction and redevelopment of school projects. In the recent 10 years, Mr. Kwong has been working in a leading role to the capital project team and the facility management department in an international school organization and accountable to the relevant government department and board of governance.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master\u2019s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto (Canada), and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor (Canada). Mr. Matuk possesses more than 40 years\u2019 experience in teaching and school management in secondary and tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and Canada. He has more than 15 years\u2019 experience in IB education and worked as an IB Coordinator and Principal in a reputable international school in Hong Kong. Currently, Mr. Matuk also acts as a school visiting team member and consultant for IB school authorization in the Asia Pacific Region.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Mrs. Keefe is a skilful advisor with expertise in equipment purchasing, contract negotiation, landlord negotiation, schooling assistance and refurbishment of hospitality establishments. Prior to her current service in MCHK, Mrs. Keefe worked as a National Director in a multinational residential leasing and relocation services company focusing on international schooling and relocation of expatriate families.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Ms. Kong possesses 25 years\u2019 experience in full spectrum of HR with expertise in HR business partnering, HR polices, global recruitment and induction, HR marketing and international HR liaison. She has worked in different sizeable organizations including MNC, international NGO and international school. Ms. Kong also worked as the project lead in a leading NGO for various sector-wide HR projects such as salary survey, training needs analysis, performance management, reward management and HR capacity building programs.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
