2024-25 Graduating Class Achieves Remarkable University Placement Success
71% of Pupils Admitted to QS World Top 50 Universities
The 31 graduates from the Class of 2025, have collectively received over 160 offers from world-leading institutions. Their academic journeys will span leading education destinations including the UK, US, Australia, and Hong Kong (China). We are especially proud that 71% of our graduates have been admitted to universities ranked in the QS Top 50 universities.

STEM Fields: 90% of our science pupils received offers from universities ranked in the QS Top 30 for their subjects, including prestigious institutions such as Imperial College London, UCL, HKUST among others. Their majors are focused in high-demand areas like Biochemistry and Aerospace Engineering.
Humanities: Over 70% of our humanities pupils gained entry to a Top 50 global institution including UCL, CUHK, and University of Sydney, pursuing disciplines such as Law and Economics.
Creative Arts: 100% of our art and design applicants received offers from the Top 10 global art programmes, with an impressive 11 offers from the University of the Arts London alone.

Historic Breakthrough at 2025 Global Academic Competitions
On 23rd March 2025, a Malvern College Chengdu team, comprising pupils James Zhang, Cici Yang, Lilian Lou, and Leo Li (AS Level), achieved a historic milestone victory at the NEC (National Economics Challenge) held in Changsha. Outperforming 5,000 elite pupils from over 400 schools nationwide (including top institutions like Shenzhen College of International Education and YK Pao School), they clinched the National Championship Title and became the first team from Chengdu to advance to the Quiz Bowl finals.

In the 2025 SPBCN International English Spelling Bee Chengdu Regional Competition, Fearghal Huang from the Prep School won the Chengdu Championships.
Meanwhile, the 2025 American Mathematics Competition (AMC8), saw Senior School pupils Qiyue Zhang, Tepu Li, and Angel Zhao receive the distinction of “Global Honour Roll” while Prep School pupil, Orange Shu earned a Certificate of Achievement.
