She possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sichuan Normal University (majoring in English Language and Literature) and additionally attained her Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University (majoring in Teaching and Curriculum). She previously taught in the Rochester Community School District and the Traverse City Area Public Schools of Michigan, U.S. With all her experience Jen encourages students to be happy and well-balanced individuals.
